Summer Internship / Final Placement Process

To maintain the transparency during the on-campus drives, the International Management Institute (IMI), Kolkata follows the below-given Summer Internship / Final placement process:

• Step 1: To begin the process, the pre-placement talks are conducted to provide adequate information to the students about job profiles, career growth opportunities, and compensation details.

* Due to any valid reasons, if the company cannot visit the Institute for PPT, they are requested to send the softcopy of the same that would be shared with the students.

• Step 2: Afterwards, students need to register for the placement drives by submitting their CVs which will be forwarded to the recruiters.
• Step 3: Then, the companies are invited at the campus to conduct the selection process including GD / Case Study / Test / Personal Interview on the same day to recruit the students. Also, the selection process date is decided mutually.

* The selection process can also be conducted virtually.
